About the Role

Culinary Sales Associate (Bristol, UK - Remote Role Possible)

We are looking for a highly experienced Culinary Sales Associate to join our team at Classpop. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading inbound and outbound sales initiatives, following up with client inquiries in a timely manner, and continuously improving the sales process and offerings on our platform.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of culinary (food & beverage) sales experience, 4+ years of phone sales experience, and a proven track record of exceeding monthly and quarterly targets. You will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, efficient time management abilities, and the capacity to work free of distractions in a home office environment.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Lead inbound and outbound sales initiatives.
  2. Follow up with client inquiries in a timely manner both by email and over the phone, in line with company standards for communication.
  3. Continuously work to improve the sales process and the offerings on Classpop.

Our remote sales representative will be required to work for 8 hours/day during weekdays (Monday - Friday) and handle a high volume of leads via phone and email. CRM experience (Salesforce, Zendesk), proficiency in Google Suite and Excel are also essential requirements.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum based on location and experience.
