Financial Analyst Trainee

**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our team in Liverpool, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, including preparing financial statements, analysing financial data, and forecasting future trends.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements.
- Analyse financial performance and forecast future trends.
- Develop and implement financial systems and processes.
- Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to optimise financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
- Contribute to budget and financial planning preparations.
- Communicate financial insights to stakeholders and management.
- Support with internal and external audits.
Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
- Professional certification, such as ACCA or CIMA.
- At least 2 years of experience in a financial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary and Benefits
- A salary of £42,000 - £62,000 per annum.
