About the Role:

The Bids Manager will play a crucial role in project managing the bid process, ensuring that all proposals are well-researched, well-written, and effectively communicate the firm's value proposition to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a bid strategy that aligns with the firm's business objectives
  • Collaborate with Partners and other stakeholders to gather information and insights necessary for proposal development
  • Manage the proposal development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify key client needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bid management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
