About the Role

This permanent full-time position involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality nuclear medicine and PET/CT services. You will be responsible for performing various procedures, including IV cannulation and administering radioactive injections, while ensuring a safe and efficient environment for staff and patients.

The ideal candidate will possess substantial post-graduate experience in nuclear medicine, with a strong background in radiation protection and a proven track record of delivering excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a range of nuclear medicine procedures, including PET/CT scans
  • Administer radioactive injections and perform IV cannulation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of radiation protection policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold HCPC registration, a B.Sc. Hons in Diagnostic Radiography, and substantial post-graduate experience in nuclear medicine. Additionally, you will need to possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
