Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 basic, with an uncapped capability to earn up to £40,000. Additionally, you will receive fully expensed new company car and fuel card, healthcare and pension plans, monthly incentive prizes for reward and recognition, and incremental annual leave days.
Job Description
This role involves a dynamic door-to-door sales journey, where you will engage with potential customers face-to-face and showcase our innovative products and services. You will be responsible for building lasting connections with customers, mastering product knowledge, overcoming challenges, and gathering customer insights. Your time management and organisational skills will also be essential in efficiently managing your schedule and planning your territory.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate stellar dynamic communication, customer insight gathering and active-listening, mastery of product knowledge and learning aptitude, time management and organisational skill, adaptability and resilience, and self-reflection. No qualifications or experience are necessary, but you must have the right to work in the UK by the commencement of employment and hold a valid driving licence.
