Fabrication Specialist

Join our team as a Fabrication Specialist and take on the challenge of ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment. Your role will involve completing maintenance, calibration, and repairs, as well as setting up production and utility equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are completed in a timely manner and that you can work under pressure. You will also participate in shift handovers and project meetings, and ensure the maintenance and use of regulatory and non-regulatory documentation for all aspects of the job. Additionally, you will provide engineering technical support to other departments and drive continuous improvement in all engineering processes and procedures. You will also ensure that parts and equipment comply with the required quality standards.
Requirements
- Must have engineering experience in the food, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals industry.
- Apprenticeship served.
- Flexibility is essential, as the role will change in September 2025 to a 24/7 shift (4 on/4off) and the pay will increase to c. 50k to reflect this.
- Would suit either a mechanical or electrical biased engineer.
