Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Clerk to join our team at FROGG Recruitment. As a Financial Clerk, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and trial balances.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
  • Perform payroll administration functions, including capturing employee data, processing payroll, and managing benefits.
  • Manage petty cash, including collecting and reconciling receipts, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Administer vehicle expenses, including collecting fuel slips, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Matric certificate and relevant financial accounting and bookkeeping diploma.
  • At least 23 years of experience in financial management, including 35 years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll administration.
  • Proficient in Pastel and VIP Payroll software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
