Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the manager in maintaining food stocks, ensuring food preparation meets quality and safety standards, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and Mentorship: Assist and train members of the kitchen team in line with company procedures.
  • Food Preparation and Control: Ensure food preparation meets requirements in respect of COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Stock Management: Support the manager in maintaining and controlling food stocks within budget.
  • Quality and Presentation: Maintain up-to-date product and menu knowledge, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure high standards of cleanliness of all areas in the kitchen and equipment.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a kitchen environment, excellent communication skills, and a strong team player attitude. Outstanding time-keeping skills are also essential.
