Senior Data Architect Opportunity

Xpertise Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Architect to bolster its high-performing data team. This strategic hire will play a crucial role in ensuring the data and AI team can expand quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable, efficient data models that support business requirements.
  • Ensure data models are effectively integrated into ETL processes.
  • Implement and maintain robust data governance practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Utilise AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, Databricks and/or Snowflake to develop and optimise data models and workflows.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, to understand data requirements and ensure seamless data integration.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, metadata, and standards.
  • Monitor and enhance the performance of data models, proactively addressing any issues.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data modelling, ETL processes, and data governance.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
