IT Director

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our technology operations. As the Head of IT, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our IT systems.

• Lead the IT team in developing and implementing IT strategies to support business growth and objectives.
• Manage the IT budget and ensure effective cost control.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the secure management of IT assets.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to perform their duties effectively.

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior IT role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading IT teams and implementing IT strategies that drive business growth.
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other relevant technologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. A competitive benefits package, including annual leave entitlement, sick pay, and pension scheme, will also be offered.
