Job Description

**Clearing Settlement Administrator Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clearing Settlement Administrator to join our team at HR GO Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing payments, assisting with reconciliations, and settlements of treasury loan business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payments and clearing transactions in SCMS and FOVA using SWIFT and SWIFT format
  • Open new Vostro accounts in the system
  • Pass journal entries and accruals in FOVA
  • Conduct daily CASS review operations
  • Accurate reporting skills
  • Assist with reconciliations and settlements of treasury loan business
  • Process payments and inquiries received from clients/agent banks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in back office banking clearing and settlement
  • Fluent native Mandarin language skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of AML rules and procedures
