Chef de Partie Position

The Crown in St. Margaret's, Twickenham is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food to a high standard, using fresh ingredients and presentation techniques.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to develop new menu ideas and daily specials.
  • Maintain effective controls on food costs and labour usage.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus benefits including access to our CDP - Sous Chef development programme, apprenticeship scheme, and culinary masterclasses. You will also receive 20% discount in all Young's Pubs and Hotels, free meals, and weekly pay.

As a successful Chef de Partie, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career within our company. You will work alongside your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials, and will be responsible for driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
