About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Executive to join our team at IG Talent. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing communication strategies to promote our services and enhance our brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to promote services and enhance brand visibility.
  • Create engaging content for digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and website.
  • Organize and support events to promote brand awareness and foster client relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven work experience in marketing communications, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
