As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our services, including managing budgets, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with our team to develop and implement person-centred care plans, ensuring that the individuals we support have gloriously ordinary lives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of funds
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
- Work collaboratively with external professionals, families, and the local community
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism
- Relevant professional qualification at Level 5 or above in social care
- Experience in a management role within social care
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
