Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to a pupil with complex needs on a 1-to-1 basis.
  • Work closely with experienced staff to de-escalate situations and remove the child when necessary.
  • Support the pupil in achieving their academic and personal goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEN, particularly autism and behavioural challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic approach to work.

Salary and Benefits:

£25,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus benefits package including professional development opportunities and training.
