Role Overview:
Royal Mail Group is seeking a skilled Mail Courier to join their team. This role involves delivering mail and parcels to customers across the area, requiring a strong sense of community and pride in work.

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of mail and parcels, interacting with customers, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be expected to work independently and as part of a team, adhering to company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a valid UK manual driving license, be able to lift heavy packages, and have excellent customer service skills. Additionally, you should be physically fit, able to walk long distances, and work in varying weather conditions.
