Job Description

To develop and evaluate protein purification processes for monoclonal antibodies and other recombinant proteins, supporting process transfer to pilot and GMP scale.


The ideal candidate will plan and design experiments with guidance from lead scientists, ensuring timely delivery of projects while prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency.


You'll be responsible for escalating technical issues, recording experimental details, and analyzing data to produce high-quality process information.


This role requires collaboration with cross-functional project teams, preparing presentations, protocols, and reports to communicate effectively.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Ph.D. in Biotechnology or a relevant scientific discipline with laboratory experience
  • Theoretical knowledge of protein chemistry and purification
  • Strong practical laboratory skills, including AKTA chromatography and ultrafiltration systems
  • Effective written and verbal communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Unicorn software
