Job Description:

  • Manage the Salesforce Database: Utilize industry-leading technology to maintain accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Prepare pre-meeting documentation for the Adviser: Ensure all necessary materials are ready for meetings with clients.
  • Deal with Client Annual Reviews: Coordinate the annual review process to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure Client appointments are made: Schedule appointments with clients in a timely manner.
  • Process new business applications: Efficiently manage the application process from start to finish.
  • Create Client Valuations & Illustrations: Produce detailed valuations and illustrations for clients.
  • Chase Letters of Authority: Follow up with clients to obtain required documents.
  • Liaise with Product Providers and third parties: Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
