Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Prescient Recruitment Group Ltd. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our payroll function with various duties and assisting the HR team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry and management onto internal systems
  • Collation and processing of payroll data
  • Production of HR reports and analytics
  • Resolution of payroll queries and issues

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis
  • Background in payroll administration or a related field
  • Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, national insurance, and statutory sick pay
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
