Job Overview

Tribepost is a direct delivery specialist contractor to both the water industry and wider water environment, with 29 frameworks in place. We work with most of the UK's water companies and the Environment Agency.

Senior Quantity Surveyor - The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Tribepost, you will perform all commercial management duties on construction contracts from Pre-construction through the Construction Phase to Final Account and Certificate. You will oversee Quantity Surveyors and other Commercial team members, ensuring smooth project execution and excellent results.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out thorough financial negotiations as required to secure successful project outcomes
  • Oversee Quantity Surveyors and other Commercial team members to ensure effective collaboration and communication
  • Maintain accurate records and reports throughout the project lifecycle
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and help shape company strategy
