EOI Quality Lead

Wood is seeking a Quality Lead to join their team in Aberdeen, Scotland. This is an Expression of Interest role, not a live position at this time.

Job Objective:

  • Develop and implement quality principles, systems, and measures to ensure delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction, and risk reduction.
  • Ensure compliance with the Wood Business Management System and maintain a structured assurance program.
  • Use performance data to drive fact-based decisions and engage with program/project leaders to prevent interventions.
  • This role has a broad scope, applying to a single program/project, with responsibility for a small quality team or supporting a deployed Quality Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Quality Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Lead Auditor qualification from a recognized industry body.
  • Membership of CQI/ASQ Quality organizations or equivalent.
  • Formal training in recognized root cause analysis techniques.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Relevant experience, preferably in the associated industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of industry standards (ISO 9001, ISO 19011, and associated Wood Standards).
  • Proficient in process analysis and data analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • High-level communication skills in written and spoken formats.
  • Proficient in continuous improvement tools and techniques.
