Asset & Wealth Management Marketing Associate

Goldman Sachs Asset Management is seeking a Marketing Associate to join our team in London. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in delivering ETF product collateral and materials, working closely with investment teams to define product positioning and develop narratives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing plans to build awareness and affinity for AM's ETF investment capabilities.
- Ensure the newly created value propositions and messaging pillars are infused through all product marketing assets.
- Launch and campaign development: Partner with AM Marketing colleagues to deliver well-thought-out, impactful, and quantifiable product-specific marketing campaigns.
- Collateral creation: Develop ETF product-specific marketing collateral, including emails, presentations, and premier publications.
- Product calendar management: Map out a coordinated product-specific calendar that harmonizes with AM's content calendar.
- Measurement and reporting: End-to-end reporting and measurement of day-to-day and campaign-related marketing impact.
- Risk management: Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and procedural guidelines for all marketing communications.
- Team connectivity: Collaborate with the AM Marketing team, adopting a collaborative approach and sharing best practices.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a leading financial institution.
- Strong knowledge of the asset management industry, including clients, products, regulations, and competitors.
- Experience working with data-heavy collateral and marketing mediums, including digital, social, and collateral.
- Interest in investment views and markets, with the ability to synthesize information and develop a clear, compelling story.
- Demonstrable track record of working effectively across matrixed, complex organizations.
