Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a clear strategy for the Institute's growth and development.
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver commercial programs and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior banking leaders and international organisations.
  • Advocate for professional standards in banking and promote the Institute's credibility and trust.

Requirements

  • Possess a clear vision for the Institute's future and a strong track record of leadership.
  • Have experience managing budgets of £5-10 million and a deep understanding of commercial acumen.
  • Be a hands-on leader with strong influencing and strategic thinking abilities.
