Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of our community care services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and managing the delivery of community care services
  • Developing and implementing effective care plans in partnership with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Supervising and supporting a team of care workers to ensure high-quality care is delivered
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support the delivery of high-quality care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, social work, or healthcare management)
  • Significant experience in a leadership or management role within the healthcare sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:

  • 22 days annual leave (increasing to 25 days after 3 years' service)
  • Occupational maternity pay and adoption pay
