Lead UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead UX work on high-profile feature developments across all digital touchpoints, including web, mobile, and retail platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new product development opportunities and drive design decision-making.
  • Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior members of the UX team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.
  • Work closely with the Head of UX to identify improvements to team processes and approaches.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in UX design, including time within a significant creative agency or corporate UX team.
  • Proven track record of leading high-profile projects and delivering measurable business results.
  • Strong portfolio of projects that demonstrate expertise in UX design and user research.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or Graphic Design.
What We Offer:

£65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. A competitive salary and benefits package that reflects your skills and experience.
