Job Details
Linton Lodge Oxford is a Member of Best Western Signature Collection, seeking a skilled Reception Supervisor to oversee the front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the reception team, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and guide the reception staff to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities, and align with the hotel's goals.
- Customer Care: Deliver exceptional guest service by handling requests, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Complete all front desk administrative tasks, including billing accuracy, managing cash handling procedures, and maintaining comprehensive handovers between shifts.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role within hotel reception or a related customer service field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for guest service.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems.
