We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Nuffield Health Chingford FWC. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all members and visitors.
- Ensure the pool area is safe and secure at all times, responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized pool area.
- Develop and maintain ongoing training records to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Contribute to the overall success of the club by providing a positive and professional attitude.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.25, as well as a range of benefits including holiday in line with the Working Time Directive, access to our Pension Scheme, and discounted gym membership at £15.00 a month.
