About the Role

At Sugarman Health & Wellbeing, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to people with autism and learning disabilities.

Job Summary
  • Provide daily living support to an individual with complex needs
  • Assist with personal care, nutrition, and other aspects of daily life
  • Encourage independence and empower the individual to make their own decisions
Requirements
  • Knowledge of positive behaviour support and its application in a care setting
  • Ability to work effectively with people with autism and learning disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
