About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our fantastic residential Lettings team in Norwich.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations, conducting accurate market appraisals/valuations to secure instructed properties.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate tenancies, and maximise branch income and profitability.
About You

To succeed as our Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will possess:

  • Experience in estate agency, ideally as a Lettings Negotiator or Sales Negotiator seeking progression.
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience.
  • Resilience, positivity, organisation, numeracy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literacy (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A full UK driving licence.
