We are seeking an experienced Corporate Fundraising Specialist to join our team at The Nightingale Cancer Support Centre. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to increase and diversify our income streams.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new corporate partners to grow our income and support our mission.
- Prospect Research: Conduct thorough research to identify and prioritize potential corporate partners, understanding their motivations and interests.
- Income Stream Management: Oversee all income streams, including regular donations, bucket collections, one-off donations, and funds generated from third-party engagement.
- Communication and Networking: Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to communicate our story and secure funding.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Head of Marketing to create fundraising products and tools to support our corporate partners.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including thank-you letters, certificates, project reports, and database updates.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering income targets of £100k and upwards.
- Research and Analysis: Ability to research, compile, and manage corporate prospects, with strong analytical skills.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop high-quality fundraising proposals and pitches.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using IT tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Independence and Flexibility: Ability to work independently, apply own initiative, and be flexible and adaptable.
- Annual Leave: Enjoy 25 days of annual leave in addition to bank holidays.
