Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and passionate individual to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant. As a key member of our education team, you will work closely with students on a 1:1 and small group basis, providing encouragement and support to help them achieve their full potential.

About the Role:
  • Work with students on a 1:1 and small group basis to provide support and encouragement
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery to ensure students receive a high-quality education
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members
  • Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum of grade C in core GCSEs
  • Transferable skills, including Youth Work, Support Work, and Sports Coaching
  • Excellent knowledge of policies, including Child Protection, Health and Safety, Behaviour, Teaching and Learning, and Equal Opportunities
  • Child Only DBS on the update service
