Chartered Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Reading, United Kingdom.
About the RoleAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for supporting the team within Water and Environment, delivering complex infrastructure schemes. Your primary focus will be on providing commercial support to large projects or programmes of works, ensuring robust estimates are aligned with scope and accounting for all risks and opportunities.
You will manage commercial inputs to the procurement process, develop strategies, and ensure compliance with contract requirements. Your expertise in NEC Contracts and other target cost or cost reimbursable contracts will be valuable assets in this role.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

What We Offer- A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience

- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to demonstrate a flexible approach to work and effective time management
