Job Title: Care Assistant - Complex Care

We are seeking an experienced and committed Care Assistant to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our service users, including those with complex needs.

About the Role:

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of skill and dedication. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care, administering medication, and supporting our service users with their daily needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Administering medication, as prescribed by our medical team
  • Supporting our service users with their daily needs, including meal preparation and household tasks
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers, as required
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to our service users
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 3 months of previous care experience
  • Experience with medication administration
  • Personal care skills, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
