Dedicated Support Living Service Lead

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our supported living service in Dartford, Kent.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals to provide high-quality care services to individuals with complex needs. Your key responsibilities will include formulating support plans, writing residential core assessments, and direct work with individuals and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role and possess excellent presentation and communication skills. A clear enhanced DBS record and experience of social services and local authorities are also desirable.

The salary for this position is £40,000 per annum, which is a competitive rate in the industry. We also offer a range of benefits, including market-leading pay rates, free compliance training, and access to your pay as you earn it through our Moorepay partnership.
