Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Training Specialist to join our Competence & Assurance team in Aberdeen. As a Technical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for providing essential technical education and competency support to our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technical training programs to develop and maintain the skills and knowledge of our workforce.
- Evaluate training programs and participate in continuous improvement of training material.
- Work with Operations Management to identify training needs and develop training programs that meet those needs.
- Develop and deliver technical training materials, including training aids and devices.
- Collaborate with external training specialists to develop and provide training programs.
- Deliver technical training to customers as required.
Requirements
- Extensive field experience with Data Acquisition for Well Testing and previous experience in DAQ Engineer / Well Test Supervisor roles.
- Strong field background and experience with Expro Well Test Product line Operations with exposure to multiple Well Test applications globally.
- Previous training and competency management experience is beneficial.
