About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housing Officer to join our Traveller Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality housing management services to meet the needs of our customers, making a positive contribution to the social and physical environment of the area managed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective communication and support to customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with other agencies to achieve positive outcomes for customers.
  • Manage competing demands and priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Make objective decisions in the interests of achieving local priorities.
  • Input, maintain, and retrieve information accurately from a variety of sources.
Requirements
  • A good understanding of equality issues in the day-to-day delivery of services.
  • Knowledge of effective anti-social behaviour remedies and best practice.
  • Awareness of how social and environmental conditions affect quality of life.
