We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead and motivate our team at our welcoming Starbucks Store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring the team operates smoothly, and promoting sales and profitability.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers leave feeling satisfied. You will lead and engage the team, get involved with making beverages, store cleanliness, and serving our loyal customers. This role may require late night working and closing of the store, so the successful candidate will be 18 years or over.
