Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Activities Coordinator to join our team at Hartford Care. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and meaningful environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
- Collaborate with our care team to ensure that activities are tailored to meet the individual needs of each resident.
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for residents to engage in activities, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Work closely with our staff to ensure that activities are well-planned and executed, with a focus on resident satisfaction and well-being.
Requirements:
- No previous experience is required, as we provide full training.
- Ability to work flexibly and be part of a dedicated team.
- Desire to work in a caring and compassionate environment.
