The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving existing customer growth and retention within the small and medium-sized business marketplace. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the UK marketing lead and sales team to develop and execute the existing customer growth strategy.
  • Design and implement an account-based marketing strategy to deliver commercial results, targeting both large firms and small practices/bookkeepers.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including product education, product launch roll-outs, offer promotions, and advocacy activations.
  • Utilize a range of channels and formats, including email marketing, webinars, video, case studies, product demos, social media, events, and sales enablement.
  • Create a range of content for lifecycle communications.
  • Host webinars using Go to Webinar.
