About the Job

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Team Manager to join our team in Derbyshire. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance staff to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance services to our housing stock.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with experience of managing teams to deliver complex repair projects. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage and motivate a team of maintenance staff to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and reduce costs, while maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction.
  • Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to identify and resolve maintenance issues, and to develop and implement solutions to improve maintenance services.
