We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our leading healthcare recruitment team at The Placement Group.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for representing our well-established and highly reputable healthcare staffing agency, providing real value and delivering a truly outstanding medical recruitment service to our clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit experienced Healthcare professionals for our clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales and recruitment
- Experience in healthcare recruitment or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment

We are a specialist recruitment company dedicated to the supply of both temporary and permanent medical staff. We are recognised and accredited by the NHS as a leading Healthcare staffing provider and have been awarded a multitude of regional 'preferred supplier' contracts across the UK.
This role is based at our modern head office in Waltham Abbey, Essex, close to the M25 junction 26.
