About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Yusen Logistics (UK). As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather data from various sources, including systems of record, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting.
  • Use statistical techniques and data tools to explore and analyze large datasets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
  • Present analysis findings to stakeholders clearly and concisely using dashboards and reports.

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Power BI and SQL experience is a plus.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills as a Data Analyst.
  • Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers.
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities, including multiple, tight deadlines.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues and customers from varied backgrounds and cultures.

We offer a competitive salary of between £40,000 and £42,000, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including individual health cover, free eye tests, and 25 days' holiday per year.
