Sales and Events Executive Role

**About the Job**: We are seeking an experienced Sales and Events Executive to lead and expand our social enterprise business across Greater Belfast. This pivotal role will grow our customer base while maintaining quality and reputation, creating meaningful employment opportunities for local people with learning difficulties and autism.

**Job Overview**: As a key member of our team, you will develop strategies to increase sales and meet targets, build relationships with clients, engage in short-term to long-term business planning, and manage events. Your commitment to supporting individuals with learning difficulties and autism will ensure all business activities align with our mission.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet set targets and drive business growth.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO DRIVE SALES AND CUSTOMER LOYALTY.
  • Engage in medium to long-term business planning to ensure sustained growth and development.
  • Oversee logistics and event management for key events, including leading a dedicated team.

**Requirements**: To be successful in this role, you will require proven experience as a Sales and Events Manager or similar, excellent relationship-building skills, and a strong ability to develop sales strategies and meet targets. Experience in managing events and a commitment to our values and mission are essential.

**Benefits Package**: Our comprehensive benefits package includes 25 days annual leave plus 12 statutory days (pro-rata), Health Cash Plan (after probationary period), Stakeholder Pension Scheme (5% employer contribution), Bike to Work Scheme, Holiday purchase scheme, Flexible working initiatives, and Wellbeing initiatives.

**Estimated Salary Range**: £28,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards. Note: salary is negotiable depending on experience.
