Salary: Estimated £41,325 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Role: Kemp Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Public Service Vehicles Engineer to join their dedicated engineering team in Burton-on-Trent. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing public service vehicles to a high standard, ensuring they are safe and roadworthy.
Main Tasks:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on public service vehicles
- Inspect vehicles regularly to identify any issues and take corrective action
- Ensure vehicles are presented to a high standard for MOTs
- Diagnose and rectify running defects
- Collaborate with other engineers to resolve complex issues
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs
- Full Car Driving Licence
