Join Our Team as a Psychology Graduate

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our support team in Tower Hamlets. As a Psychology Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and make a positive impact on their lives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent Psychology Graduate to gain valuable experience in a supportive school environment. You will work closely with our experienced team to provide support to children with SEND, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to children with SEND, tailored to their specific needs and goals.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective support plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment, promoting the well-being and happiness of all students.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Psychology Degree from a top 20 UK University.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, teachers, and other stakeholders.A passion for working with children with SEND and a commitment to making a positive difference in their lives.
