Leadership Opportunity

An exciting leadership role has become available at Chilton Bridge School, a special school for students aged 6-19 who experience barriers to learning. We are seeking an experienced senior teacher and middle leader to join our team as an Assistant Deputy Headteacher.

Located in a beautiful setting near Yeovil, Somerset, our school offers a unique and inclusive approach to learning, centered around well-being and skills for independence. Our creative project-based curriculum is designed to meet the diverse needs of students with social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

This role will focus on developing and implementing a secure and effective curriculum that enhances student engagement and prepares them for future opportunities. You will also work closely with our Deputy Head Teacher to develop our Horizons curriculum model, supporting students who wish to follow a more formal approach to their learning.
