Teaching Assistant Opportunity at Academics

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to support our instructors and students in their academic journey. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the learning experience and fostering a positive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist instructors in delivering lessons, providing additional explanations, and facilitating discussions.
  • Help create a dynamic and interactive classroom environment that engages students and encourages participation.
  • Prepare instructional materials, such as handouts, presentations, and learning aids.
  • Assist with managing the classroom environment, including organizing materials and maintaining order.
  • Grade assignments, quizzes, and exams promptly and accurately, providing constructive feedback to students.
  • Lead or assist in organizing study groups or review sessions outside of class hours to reinforce learning and prepare students for upcoming assessments.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to explain concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

  • Able to work collaboratively with instructors, students, and other staff members.
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to the needs of the classroom and the students.
  • Takes initiative and demonstrates a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
