Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fitness Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Everlast Gyms. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales and retention, and contributing to the overall success of the gym.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • To maximise every member and guest's experience
  • To support sales and retention through excellent customer service
  • To contribute to cleaning and hygiene standards as required
  • To be a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed
  • To have a good understanding of the membership software system
  • To stay up-to-date with Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus
  • To support the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor
  • To ensure cleanliness of facilities and upkeep of the club
  • To drive secondary, spend KPI targets
  • To competently deal with member complaints and inform managers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Outgoing personality with a positive mindset
  • Competent with administrative duties
  • Driven and ambitious, with a desire to learn and develop
  • Willing to participate in learning opportunities to progress competencies and career
  • Able to drop into operational key holder duties as needed
  • Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service
  • Flexible to work shifts and take on additional duties to support the team
  • Target-focused to support sales and retention towards achieving business success

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level in a dynamic and growing industry. We estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
