Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled WMS Systems Administrator to join our team. As a WMS Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Warehouse Management System (WMS). This includes onboarding new clients, running reports, general systems administration, analyzing trends and KPIs, tracking contracts, and leading the implementation of changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Onboarding and Client Management: Onboard new clients onto the WMS system, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal system performance.
  2. Reporting and Analytics: Run reports on the system to provide valuable insights and trends, enabling data-driven decision making.
  3. Systems Administration: Perform general systems administration tasks, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
  4. Trend Analysis and KPIs: Analyze trends and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize system performance.
  5. Contract Management: Track contracts and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  6. Change Management: Lead the implementation of changes to the WMS system, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  7. Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure the WMS system meets all quality control and compliance standards.

Requirements:
