**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Woodbury Park Hotel And Golf Club. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our guests and exceed their expectations.
• Manage food purchasing specifications and recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Lead a team of chefs and kitchen porters, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
• Manage food and labor budgets for the department, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef Manager in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent culinary skills, with a deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
